  Why I Didn't Just Use Square's Official Plugin

  Square publishes a perfectly capable WooCommerce gateway. I wrote a different one anyway, because the kitchen iPad needs orders in a specific shape and I'd rather not ask restaurant owners to type Square credentials in two places.
